I’ve seen several ladies make comments on Kristen’s page saying that they wished they had the self-confidence to do a shoot.

Let me tell you that self-confidence comes after the shoot not before. I know this firsthand now.

Before the shoot I there is no way that I would have said that I was the most self-confident person. But instead, I would say that I took a leap. Not saying that it was an easy leap, LOL but I took it and it has been one of the most rewarding things that I’ve done.

I’d say the biggest takeaway from my shoot beside a gorgeous album filled with even better images. Is that I’ve I am my own worst critic. I know that sounds simple, but looking at the photos

I can’t pick out any flaws, I don’t see anything wrong. I see me and that me looks hot! This has given me the chance to open up and be more comfortable with who I am and this ladies is priceless!

The whole experience also helped open up better communication with my spouse. We got a chance to talk about what he really likes and that in itself was a lot of fun. I was never really a lingerie wear, but since the session, it’s been fun still dressing sexy for my husband and myself more. And the confidence that I’ve gained that goes without saying!

So to the ladies saying that they wish they had more confidence to do a shoot. This is for you.

This experience is something that truly helps you open up and embrace yourself for who you are.
